Redwood City, California – Congruitive, a leading provider of energy management software for power systems and grid-operators, is pleased to announce a reseller agreement with Border States Electric (BSE), the seventh-largest electrical distributor in North America. The newly announced deal will allow for even greater market penetration of the industry’s leading software for real-time grid and renewable management, leveraging the resources and expertise of a leading supply chain partner with coast-to-coast sales channels and deep experience in supporting energy management solutions and services.
The relationship also marks the continued expansion of the DC Systems platform, bringing a suite of energy intelligence products already trusted by the nation’s largest utilities into smaller, more diverse energy markets around the nation. The offer enables complex energy data, renewables, grid software and controls to be managed in a way that makes sense for today’s utilities seeking the next generation in DER management and control.

This new, non-exclusive relationship with Border States adds to the company’s market potential, bringing DC Systems’ comprehensive product package into all 50 states, and to all markets, for the first time in the company’s 30-year history. Rural electric co-ops, municipalities, and Investor Owned Utilities of all sizes can now benefit from DC Systems products for data acquisition, substation management, distribution automation, transmission and distribution, enterprise data management, power generation, and renewable generation and energy storage.
