Doug Campbell

Founder & Chairman

Doug founded Congruitive as DC Systems in 1990, and has been responsible for defining the company’s overall product roadmap, architecture, and long-term strategic direction.

He is one of the original developers of the the company’s core technology that has been adopted globally by utility companies, large energy users, and power generators. Doug has built systems and software for energy management since the early 1980s, and has been instrumental in developing innovative products for the energy industry.

Ken Munson


Ken is a recognized leader in cloud-based demand-side management, grid analytics, and intelligent energy storage technology. He joined Congruitive in 2018, and as CEO is focused on driving the company’s overall growth.

Previously, Ken was CEO and co-founder of Sunverge Energy, which provides a cloud-based platform for managing fleets of intelligent energy storage systems and virtual power plants. He has held senior leadership positions in emerging industrial technology markets domestically and internationally. Ken holds a B.A. in marketing from California State University at Sacramento and earned his MBA from St. Mary’s College of California Graduate School of Economics and Business Administration

Tom Allen

VP of Engineering

Responsible for all product delivery and engineering activity at Congruitive, Tom brings over 20 years of engineering leadership at startups and multinational organizations.

In addition to developing the Johnson Controls Galaxy SCADA system, Tom led development at Real Time Systems, and managed development and implementation of a training and test data acquisition and labeling system for the iPhone X facial recognition system, Tom holds a Graduate Certificate in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, an MS in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University.

Jeremy Wilson

VP of Product

Jeremy leads Congruitive's product management and marketing. He started his career as a co-founder at Utilidata, where he led product management to provide grid optimization products to electric utilities and energy companies across the world.

Prior to joining Congruitive, Jeremy led commercial operations at Crocus Energy and served as a Director of Utility Solutions at Opus One Solutions. Named as one of 50 Smart Grid Pioneers in 2013 by Smart Grid News, Jeremy’s writing is published in technical and trade journals and he has presented often at worldwide conferences.

David Hebert

VP of Sales

Dave leads Congruitive’s Sales and Business Development efforts. He is an experienced leader, having helped companies reach commercial success while delivering significant value for their customers.

Prior to joining Congruitive, he managed sales of Distributed Energy Resources in the North American markets for Enel X — including all products and services for Solar, Energy Storage, and Microgrids. Previously he served as Vice President for Utility Business Development at Sunverge Energy and held executive sales roles at Petra Systems and Satcon Technologies.

Ralph Spaulding

VP of Special Projects

Ralph joined Congruitive in 2004 and is the principal developer of many features of the Congruence.IQ Platform. He manages enhancements to existing applications to meet customer requirements.

Prior to joining Congruitive, Ralph was the VP of Professional Services for Vizdom Software, and CTO of Enlighten Software Solutions. He also served as the Director of Product Development at Talarian Corp.; Senior Research Engineer at Lockheed Missiles and Space Corporation; and, Test Engineer at General Electric. He trained in the nuclear power program in the United States Navy, and served with honor aboard the USS Nimitz.

Jordan Campbell

Director of Delivery Services

Jordan directs the installation and maintenance of the company’s technology for its customers, overseeing a team with a breadth of technical experience.

Under Jordan’s direction, challenges become opportunities that are matched only by the attention to detail and the creative flexibility needed to insure success. He joined the company in 2014 after serving nine years as a decorated member of the United States Marine Corps Reserves. Jordan attended California State University Chico.
